Bill's newest sculpture created for the 2009 Prix de West Exhibition and Sale, depicts in bronze the heartfelt words of Don Hedgpeth; historian, writer, cowboy poet, freind, and honorary member of the Cowboy Artists of America.  Their personal work ethic, independence, self-relience, love of God, family and country are the "Cowboy Way", which Nebeker honors in this bronze sculpture.
