HEADIN' FOR A HOT IRON During
roundup at any ranch, the cowboys must separate all the calves from
their mothers to be able to brand, cut for marking or do any doctoring
to check for disease. Neither the mother cows or the calves like to
be separated, so it must be done by roping the young one and dragging
it into another pen for branding. Bill has roped and dragged many
calves at ranches owned by friends, clients and at CAA trail rides. |
