From ages past, no matter what tribe, clan, culture or country, mankind has left symbols and paintings on walls, cliffs, rocks, in caves and temples to tell their story to whoever would see. Neighboring clans or later generations could then catch a glimpse of the myths, legends, gods and animals these ancient peoples worshiped, believed in, or thought had some magic power. Here Bill has brought an Apache of the 1800's, across the path of one of his ancient ancestors' message in stone. As he ponders the
meaning of the symbols, a new link to this "old one" is formed.
