SPORT OF KINGS During
the frontier days the Indians and mountain men were not always at
war. Often they would join with each other to trade their furs, beads
and other goods at Rendezvous. During thosetimes there would usually
be some contests or races. Here we see an Indian and a mountain man
galloping to the finish line to see who is the best horseman, and
who will win the prize.
