WATCHIN' FOR THE ROAN The
Remuda is the herd of horses a ranch draws from each day when roundup
is in progress. They may be held in a rope pen close by the headquarters,
or in a corral away from it. This cowboy is waiting for the remuda
to arrive at headquarters so he can rope his favorite Roan horse to
have for the day's work |
