The newest monumental statue created by Bill Nebeker, Cowboy Artist of America, will be unveiled at Colorado Springs' Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo in front of the new Norris/Penrose Event Center, June 2006.  The statue is of reknowned T+ Ranch quarter horse breeder, past AQHA President, and longtime supporter and benefactor, Robert C. Norris.

"Early Prescott Settlers" At the east entrance of Bill's hometown his 15 foot tall monument that honors the unnamed numbers of men and women who braved danger and death to settle this wild high desert territory.
"Territorial Sherriff" With this 12 foot tall statue by Bill Nebker, Glendale, AZ honors the lawmen of generations past as well as the men and women today who dedicate themselves to keeping the law and order all over Arizona today and in the future.
